SIMA Fair 2005

As it has done in the past, Allied Diesel will participate this year too in the Syrian Industrial and Marketing (SIMA) Fair. The fair takes place on the new international fairground on the Damascus airport road from Friday 27 May until Tuesday 31 May from 5:00 pm until 11:00 pm. Please visit our stand Number 9 where, this year, we will be exhibiting:

- an MTU Virtus generating set model V710S5F. The display includes some charts and graphics that show the remarkable performance and fuel economy of the 2000 and 4000 MTU/DDC engines

- a John Deere 4045H G-drive engine and the new Tier III five cylinder engine model 5030H also in G-drive engines

- a model of an Allison Transmission model S6600 very popular in the oil industry

- an exhibit of genuine Renault Spare Parts with cut-aways and comparisons with non-genuine parts.

Allied Diesel participates in the Allison EMEA Distributors Meeting

Keeping up to date with the latest innovations and releases is part of Allied Diesel's commitment to adequately perform its duties as a representative of its suppliers. Our general manager, Mr. Roy KHOURY, attended a three day convention in Nice, France arranged by the Allison Europe, Middle East and Africa regional office in Sliedrecht, The Netherlands from Monday 11 till Wednesday 13 April, 2005. During this convention a review of the region's performance as well as the release of new models were presented, specially with respect to the Gen 4 (4th generation of Electronic controls on the WT and 1K/2K series)
